Exclusive historic villa from the 1700s, originally used as the lemon house of the Villa Reale of Marlia one of the major tourist landmarks of Tuscany. Some frescoes of the period are visible in some rooms. A short distance from the main house we find a beautiful guest-house of about 60sqm characterized by a large rooftop terrace that offers a striking view of the surrounding landscape, on the whole consisting of a small living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In keeping with the character of the property is the design of the swimming pool by a well-known local architect and made of reinforced concrete with attached changing rooms and bathroom.
