HOUSE RULES Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees. SANITIZED APARTMENTS. We use professional products and procedures to sanitize our apartments. Professional sanitation certificate. Tax excluded from the price: For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card.
