The entrance leads to the eat-in kitchen and the magnificent dining room, which overlook the terraces surrounding the property. The dining room is undoubtedly dominated by the massive late 1900's wooden table, which can comfortably seat up to 6 people. The refined fabrics of the curtains and the cream-colored walls, decorated with artwork made by the owner, create an extremely welcoming living area, making this apartment an ideal place to relax or work in peace. The large living room, featuring an elegant inlaid floor made from different types of marble, overlooks a garden that is completely available to guests and is furnished with a swing and a table for four with matching chairs. The antique wooden wardrobe in the living room conceals the 55" Smart TV, which faces two elegant sofas upholstered in fine fabrics. The kitchen, along with the apartment's two bathrooms, was completely renovated in spring 2025.
