This 125 sqm apartment presents beautiful finishes, independent heating, air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the living room, and a layout that makes it cozy and functional at the same time. The apartment, in fact, opens up onto a foyer that leads to a large and bright living room, furnished with a double sofa bed positioned in front of a cabinet with TV. The living room and the fully equipped eat-in separate kitchen, complete with a table for 4-6 persons, a traditional oven, Nespresso machine, a dishwasher and all the necessary to cook, are fitted with large French windows that lead out on two sides onto a 110 sqm terrace that surrounds the apartment. There, a table and some chairs make it a sort of extra room. The night area communicates with the living room through a corridor along which are located two bathrooms, modern and functional and respectively equipped with a stall shower and a bathtub, and the laundry room complete with a washing machine and all the equipment to clean the apartment. At the end of the corridor is the first double bedroom, furnished with two single beds and a closet, while the second bedroom includes a double bed, a built-in closet with sliding doors and a writing desk.
