The air conditioning is supplied with two splits, one in the living room and the other one in the kitchen, while the heating is autonomous. The latest generation windows offer optimal thermal and sound insulation. For the floors, bleached oak parquet coatings were chosen which, together with the neutral colors of the walls, give the property a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The entrance leads to an anteroom from which you can access both the living room, the bathroom and the kitchen. Furnished with an antique cabinet that supports the 32" Smart TV, in front of which a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) has been placed, the living area also offers a desk complete with its seat, as well as two eco-leather armchairs and one large chest of drawers. The eat-in kitchen is made with custom-made white lacquered furniture and is equipped with a complete set, as well as equipped with dishwasher, column refrigerator, freezer, electric and microwave oven, toaster and washing machine. Guests have access to an extendable table capable of accommodating up to 4 guests.
