In the Sant'Orsola Hospital neighbourhood and well connected via public transportation with the historic centre. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. It opens on the living room with kitchen and sofa bed, from here you can access the bathroom and the staircase that leads to the bedroom. From that level another staircase leads to the wardrobe level. The entrance opens onto a living room with a kitchenette. The décor uses white generously, as in the cover on the sofa that converts to a double bed, in the flat-screen TV stand and the kitchen cupboards. A nice wooden dining table for 4 people and a walnut bookshelf contrast nicely with their warm, intense color. The American-style kitchen, perfectly fitting the space and offering a microwave and a stovetop, completes the living area. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the bedroom on the upper floor, an intimate and welcoming space. There is a comfortable double bed and a large chest of drawers, and another staircase leads to a small loft equipped with a clothes-stand. The bath is on the ground floor, spacious and equipped with a comfortable shower stall in crystal. The washing machine is right in the kitchen. The floor is tiled and the apartment has a split for air conditioning in the living room. Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (€ 4 per adult, per night.
